These guys are local so warranty and any issue with product setup and operation is solved super quickly and efficiently, they will give you a replacement product and help any way they can so we don't miss our show call. Tovi came through when a logistics company failed miserably. He went out of his way while out of country to get another package (same order) together and expedited the 2000 km delivery. GTR is about customer service.

I worked with Tovi and his excellent crew at the Segway Powersports Canada booth at he Sportsman Show at the International Centre. GTR supplied the 40x50 ft truss system that created the surround for the booth.Their design process, prompt delivery and set-up assistance was invaluable to the success of the show. I highly recommend them!
